For this Natural Allergy Remedy Juice recipe you will need:
1/2 lemon – peel the lemon but leave as much of the white pith on as possible.
Knob of ginger – about 3cm.
Small piece of turmeric – about 1 cm.
If you are using a Fast (Centrifugal) Juicer make sure to pack the ingredients tightly into the chute to ensure maximum juice extraction.
Juice all of the ingredients as follows:
Keeping your juicer turned off, put 1 apple into the chute.
Pack the lemon, ginger and turmeric tightly behind the apple.
Push the ingredients down with the second apple.
Juice the ingredients.

- 2 apples
- 3 cm ginger root
- 1 cm turmeric
- Juice all of the ingredients.
- Make sure to pack the lemon, ginger and turmeric tightly between the 2 apples for maximum juice extraction.
