Immune Boosting Wellness Shots and Juices
During this World Health Crisis, it’s important now more than ever to build and maintain a Healthy Immune System. One of the best ways to do that is by feeding the body with Good Quality Nutrition. A Diet high in fruits and vegetables will support the Immune System and Nourish the Body.

Here’s some of my Favorite Immune Boosting Fruits and Veggies:
Ginger is a powerful spice with Impressive Health and Medicinal Benefits. Studies have shown that Ginger is beneficial for everything from Natural Pain Relief to Brain and Cardiovascular health.
Ginger contains a Natural Oil called Gingerol which Studies have shown is Anticancer, Anti Inflammatory and Antioxidant.
It helps with a Sore Throat and is a Natural Antihistamine.
Citrus Fruits are extremely high in Vitamin C and one Lemon contains over half of the daily RDA.
Studies show that Vitamin C protects against infections and reduces the severity and recovery times of colds. Citrus Fruits also contain other important Nutrients and Antioxidants which protect the cells against Free Radicals.
Spinach is packed with Essential Vitamins and Minerals. It’s rich in many nutrients including Vitamin A, K, B, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Iron and Calcium. It’s also full of Vitamin C and contains Antioxidants which protect the Cells against Free Radicals.
