Amazing Celery Juice Recipes!

One of the best things about Juicing is that you can take any Fruit or Vegetable (especially the ones you don’t like) and create the most Delicious Juice. Green Veggies like Celery, Kale, Cabbage and Brussel Sprouts have a strong bitter taste and might not be the first choice at the dinner table, but once you Juice them with some apple and lemon and you are guaranteed a delicious drinkable juice. This week I’ve been Juicing some new Amazing Celery Juice Recipes that don’t have that strong celery taste.

I was a Self Confessed Celery Hater! But it’s long list of Impressive Health Benefits make it a must have veggie in your diet.

Celery is high in nutrition and low in calories. 100g (or about 2 stalks) contains 28% of your daily Vitamin K, 9% Folate, 5% B5 and 4% Vitamin C. It also includes 6% Potassium, 5% Sodium and 4% Calcium, including other Important Nutrients.

Celery contains the Flavonoid – Luteolin which is a Powerful Antioxidant that has important Health Benefits. Studies show it’s Anti-Inflammatory and Anticancer. (If you missed it, you can read more about the Health Benefits and Studies that have been done on Celery in my post Here.)

So, in an attempt to eat more Celery, I decided that I would make some Amazing Celery Juice Recipes – that Don’t Taste like Celery! They are super tasty and delicious and I have officially converted myself.
