Cucumber Refresher Juice
Summer is finallllly here and that means it’s Cucumber Juice time!
Long Summer Days mean lots of light, refreshing juices to sip on all-day-long (with as little time spent in the kitchen as possible). Cucumber is the star of the show in this recipe and with only 3 ingredients, you can whip it up in 2 minutes flat.
Also (just thought of this), why not double the recipe? Fill a pitcher with ice, some sparkling water, add the Juice and you have a full day of hydration right there.
This is definitely not a sweet juice – more of a zingy suuuuper fresh glass of deliciousness. Pour it over a large handful of ice and you’ve got yourself the most refreshing drink ever.
This Juice is:
- Cool and Light (Cucumber)
- Super Refreshing (Mint)
- Zesty (thank you glorious Lime)
The perfect juicing combo.
Can we just talk about how easy this 3 ingredient recipe is? Also, it’s super flexible. Here’s what would take it to NEXT LEVEL AMAZING:

- Pineapple (for a delicious tropical twist)

Cucumber Refresher Juice
Zesty, Cool and Perfectly Refreshing! Just 3 ingredients - Cucumber, Mint and Lime.
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 lime - peeled
- handful of mint leaves
- handful of ice
- Wash the produce and peel the lime (make sure to leave as much of the white pith on as possible).
- Juice the ingredients. If you are using a Fast Juicer, juice the ingredients like this: put the mint into the chute, followed by the lime. Push down tightly with the plunger and Juice.
- Then Juice the cucumber.
- Pour over a handful of ice and enjoy!
