Simple and Green Juice

This Juice reminds me of mornings when breakfast is 2 slices of bread with a huge handful of greens stuffed inside (you’ve done that right?) Think British Style tea garden – cucumber and spinach sandwiches.

We have to talk about this Juice – it can’t get any easier than this! It’s light, refreshing with a slight citrusy twist. Nothing fancy happening here. Packed with Bright Green Spinach, Cool Crisp Cucumber and a large Juicy Orange. YUM. And if you’re craving some sweetness, an apple or pear would work great in this recipe.

Immune Boosting, Energizing, Hydrating and Packed with Antioxidants. Full of Essential Vitamins – Vitamin A, B Vitamins, E and loaded with Vitamin C + K. Contains Important Minerals – Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc – a bit of everything you need for the day ahead.

For this recipe you will need:

  • large handful of spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 large orange (or 2 mandarins) – peeled

Simple and Green Juice

Here’s how to make it:

  • Wash the produce and peel the orange (make sure to leave as much of the white pith on as possible).
  • Juice all of the ingredients. If you are using a Fast Juicer (keep your Juicer turned off) then put the orange into the chute, followed by the spinach and half of the cucumber. Press the ingredients down tightly before turning on your Juicer for maximum juice extraction.
  • Then juice the rest of the cucumber.
  • Pour over ice then enjoy!!

3 ingredients and 2 minutes to make! Simple, Green and Super Refreshing. SO GOOD.
