Ginger and Turmeric Wellness Shot

Yields 4-5 Servings

You will need:

šŸ’š 3 cm Ginger Root

šŸ’š 1 cm Turmeric

šŸ’š 1/2 Lemon – peeled

šŸ’š 2 Apples

Ginger and Turmeric Wellness Shot

How to make it:

  1. Wash the produce.
  2. Peel the lemon (make sure to leave as much of the white pith on as possible). 
  3. Juice the ingredients. If you are using a Fast (Centrifugal Juicer), pack the lemon, turmeric and ginger tightly between the apples to ensure maximum juice extraction.
  4. Down in 1 shot!
