Lemon, Ginger and Garlic Wellness Shot

Yields 4-5 Servings

You will need:

šŸ’š 3 cm Ginger Root

šŸ’š 1 Lemon – peeled

šŸ’š 2 Apples

šŸ’š 1 Clove of Garlic – peeled

Lemon, Ginger and Garlic Wellness Shot

How to make it:

  1. Wash the produce.
  2. Peel the lemon (make sure to leave as much of the white pith on as possible). 
  3. Juice the ingredients. If you are using a Fast (Centrifugal Juicer), pack the lemon, garlic and ginger tightly between the apples to ensure maximum juice extraction. I sometimes push ginger and garlic into the lemon so it doesn’t fall down the chute.
  4. Down in 1 shot!
