You will need:

💚 2 stalks of celery

💚 1 apple

💚 2 carrots

💚 1 cm ginger

💚 1/3 lemon

💚 handful of ice

Anti Inflammatory Ginger-Aide

How to make it:

  1. Wash the Ingredients.
  2. Juice the lot! If you are using a Fast (Centrifugal) Juicer, make sure to pack the ginger and lemon tightly behind the apple to ensure maximum juice extraction.
  3. Pour over ice and enjoy!
