How to Avoid Juicing Overwhelm!

You’ve bought yourself a Juicer and some Veggies to Juice – Awesome! You’re excited to get started Juicing. By the time you get everything set up and washed, you’re exhausted….That was me when I started Juicing. I’ve had many Juicing Recipe and Kitchen Disasters.

Over the years and with a lot of practice I’ve learned (the hard way) how to Juice without Hassles and Kitchen Disasters. Here are my Top Juicing Tips to help you Avoid the Juicing Overwhelm.

1. Start Simple

You only need a few fruits and veggies, in a Rainbow of Colors to get the Health Benefits of Juicing. Add these to your Shopping List every week, and you are ready to Juice!

Here are my Top Picks to add to your Shopping List which are also Budget Friendly:

Kale, Spinach, or any other Dark Leafy Greens

You’ll get over 100% of your Vitamin K, A and Vitamin C and other Powerful Nutrients.

Carrots

You’ll be getting over 100% of your Vitamin A, good sources of Vitamin C, B, Magnesium and Calcium.

Apples

Full of Antioxidants and the Soluble Fibre – Pectin. Pectin is a gel like Prebiotic that binds to waste in the Digestive System.

Lemons, Limes or any other Citrus Fruit

You’ll be getting over 100% of your daily Vitamin C and other Immune Boosting Benefits.

Ginger

Ginger has powerful Medicinal, Immune Boosting, Antihistamine and Anti Inflammatory Benefits.

Cucumber

Cucumbers are a great base for any juice. They are 96% water and contain Important Nutrients like Vitamin C, K, Magnesium and Potassium. They contain Antioxidants which help protect the cells against Free Radicals.

2. Make your Juices in Advance

4. Mindset

If you are like me, you like to Procrastinate. So one day I decided to time myself juicing (so I had no excuses). From Start to Finish it took me just 5 minutes to make a Juice and Clean Up (including cleaning the juicer).

Sometimes we think things are more difficult than they actually are. Another way to look at it is how long does it take you to cook dinner and clean up afterwards? Exactly!
