Simply Lemonade Juice Recipe

This Juice is simple, delicious and easy to make with only 2 ingredients – a couple of apples and a lemon. No added sugar or sweeteners required!

This Basic Juice Recipe can be transformed by adding extra ingredients to suit your taste buds. Pack in some herbs like Basil or Mint, or try blending in some frozen fruit like Raspberries or Pineapple to make a delicious Frozen Lemonade. Perfect for those Hot Summer Days!

Lemonade is usually thought of as a summer drink, but I like to drink it all year round. It’s packed with Vitamin C, Antioxidants and full of Immune Boosting Benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 apples

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples.
  2. Peel the lemon - leave as much of the white pith on as possible.
  3. Juice the ingredients - make sure to pack the lemon tightly between the 2 apples.
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy!
