  • 1 apple
  • 1 beet
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 2 carrots
  • large handful of cherries (can be frozen)
  • handful of ice (optional)

Instructions

** You will need a Juicer and a Blender for this recipe

Wash and juice all of the ingredients except the cherries. Transfer the juice to your blender, add the cherries and blend for 10 seconds. Pour over ice (if not using frozen cherries) and enjoy!

  3. Then juice the cucumber and celery
  4. Transfer the juice to your blender
  5. Add in a handful of fresh mint and blend for 10 seconds
  6. Pour over ice and enjoy!
