Beet & Citrus Explosion Juice Recipe

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Additional Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 beet
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1/3 lime
  • 1 orange
  • 2 carrots
  • handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Wash the ingredients and peel the orange (leaving the white pith on)
  2. Put the beet into the chute of the juicer, followed by the lime then the orange. (Pack in the orange tightly to ensure maximum juice extraction)
  3. Then juice the rest of the ingredients
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 beet

  • large handful of cherries (can be frozen)
  • handful of ice (optional)

Instructions

** You will need a Juicer and a Blender for this recipe

Wash and juice all of the ingredients except the cherries. Transfer the juice to your blender, add the cherries and blend for 10 seconds. Pour over ice (if not using frozen cherries) and enjoy!
