WHY JUICING IS IMPORTANT

The body is an amazing survival machine and can detoxify itself if we give it the tools.

These days we are constantly bombarded by junk food and advertising – it’s everywhere we go. Not only that, junky type processed food seems to be so cheap. It’s easy to pick up a quick pizza or burger for lunch or dinner on the fly. Not to mention, we are living in an age of ‘a pill for every ill’.
So what about putting more of the nature’s magic into our body to combat all of that rubbish going in?
The RDA (recommended daily allowance) of fruit and vegetables is 10 portions a day. Getting that amount each day is tough, especially with our non stop lifestyles. There is no easier way to get our daily RDA by drinking freshly extracted juice.
Having 1 juice a day is a great starting point. I was experimenting recently and I managed to squeeze 6 portions of veggies into my Extreme Veggie Juice recipe. Not bad for a glass of juice. And it tastes gorgeous!
