HOW TO STORE JUICES – Learn the Easy Tips

I love making Juices in advance to save time and cleaning up, and when you freeze them straight away, little of the nutrition is lost. In this post you’ll learn my Easy Tips on the best way to Store your Juices.

When I’m on a Juice Cleanse, I like to make all of the Juices in advance so they are ready waiting for the next hunger emergency!

Fresh Juice will last for up to 24 hours in the fridge if you are using a Fast Juicer, and 72 hours if you have a Cold Press Juicer. I like to freeze my Juice and defrost it overnight in the fridge ready for the next day.

Here’s my Easy Tips on how to Store your Juice:

FLASKS

This is the best way to store fresh juice because they are airtight and protect the juice from sunlight and oxidation. You can buy flasks at any dollar store and they will last you for years!

MASON JARS

Mason Jars are also a great way to store your Juice and are airtight. If you are freezing your juice in a mason jar, leave about an inch of space at the top to allow for expansion when freezing. I’ve had a few jars crack because I’ve filled them all the way to the top!

FREEZER BAGS

Freezer Bags are a quick and easy way to store your Juice and are a good option to save space in your freezer. (I usually avoid this option because I’m trying to cut down on plastic).

ICE CUBE TRAYS

Ice Cube Trays are a great option for storing Wellness Shots. They are also a great space saver for storing in the freezer. You can easily take out 2 or 3 cubes and they will defrost quickly. Try to buy an ice cube tray with a lid, or make sure to cover the ice cube tray with parchment paper, foil or cling wrap to avoid freezer burn.
